I purchased two wireless cameras from this company via their online ordering system, www.tigerdirect.com. I received the cameras but they were both used, damaged, & not as described. I called the company and they provided me with an rma for both cameras, and i returned them promptly. I shipped them via ups and they were delivered & signed for back at tigerdirect in miami.
The credit card department refused to refund me for both cameras because they state they only received one back. This is in-correct and most likely was stolen during inspection in the warehouse.
I had to dispute this transaction with my bank to receive a refund!
A few months later; i placed a few other orders for products, hoping i would have better luck with them and their poor customer service would diminish. Although, they charged me for the orders but refused to ship them. Caesar in the credit card department argued with me, verbally harassed me, & displayed the most horrible customer service i have ever seen! So now i have been charged for orders and they refused to ship them; aka fraud & theft.
Bottom line: do not do business with this company; they practice fraud & theft. The poor customer service is not worth it and getting ripped off is not worth it!
