Bought alongside fridge in July. Product #363GSHL5KGXBCLS. Not able to shop dairy in oversize door shelf - among the good reasons for buying this design - butter is gentle in owner, dairy ruins on top ledge, eggs along with other meals freeze about the lower racks, vegetables freeze on shelves or in cabinet. Sears and GE have equally been below to check on device and fix... Still having issues. The fridge was changed once, but nonetheless does not work as it will.
That Is actually getting absurd and we are about prepared to search for another manufacturer at another shop. Sears has delivered fix men out as did GE, however the problem continues.
