What a joke this company is. They only work to rip people off. My husband placed an order for a CB. Found it cheaper on another website, but was ok with the warranty and customer service promised on the website.
Well, the website is a joke. They never updated his shipping. Never sent the CB. Said it was out of stock, but according to their website somebody should have called within 4 days to discuss the matter. Nobody has called two weeks later.
We have tried calling for days and left messages. Nobody calls. The emails don't work and get bounced back.
I would never suggest this website to anybody. They obviously don't care ab out customers and just want money.
What honest company doesn't even have a 1-800 number?
