I purchased a welder in Feb of last year. It had problems and did not work correctly. I contacted Alex and we exchanged emails for a period of time. What I didn't realize until I read some of the other complaints against him is his M/O is to string people along until 60 days has passed. At that point EBAY won't act. There policy is that people in good faith should be able to complete their deal or file a complaint in that period of time. Alex is not operating in good faith. I have numerious emails of promises from him but he's not made good on them. I recently emailed him again, just to see if I could get the tig function of the welder serviced. He replied that he'd forward my email to support. No word from support and even though I emailed him again, no responce (no supprise there). I lodged a complaint with ebay, hopefully it will add to other people he's screwed, and hopefully anyone thinking of buying from him thinks twice, and if you do buy from him, the first delay open a complaint with ebay and pay pal, so you have some leverage. For a thousand dollars you should be able to get an operable welder.
