Rip off, Alex emailed promise after promise, more than a year later, nothing

I purchased a tig welder from Everlast. They refused to let me come pick it up and charged $130. To have it delivered from San Francisco to Oakland. The unit had problems from day one and dozens of phone call's and emails have not gotten any remedy. Most phone calls are not returned and if you do catch them in the office you'll get a lot of promises but no action. For $1000. I should have a working welder. My experience's are the same as complaints filed on this website by other people, about Ogm everlast. Namely they string you along until you pass the deadline to file with EBAY and then you hear nothing from them. I'd like to get a working tig welder.
