I was trying to find some information on an electrical problem. They wanted my e-mail and so on, and when I typed in my question, they wanted to know how much this information was worth: $9.00, $15.00, etc. That is ridiculous. I am very annoyed. I spent hours chasing my tail on the internet trying to find an answer about a generator, and then I ended up with this. It made me very angry. I hope no one else has to go through this with JustAnswer.
