I bought 3 cell phone covers and never received any of them. I used PayPal so hopefully that will bring some resolution. I have emailed them 4 times and have never gotten a response. I tried to instant chat with a customer service representative. I called both numbers listed on the webpage and while I was (amazingly) always the 1st person in the queue, no one ever answered. I got hung up on once. I don't think anyone even works there! It is a total scam! I wish I had visited this site before I bought them, but EliteXtreme's website looks very legitimate and they work with PayPal, so I thought I was safe! Someone needs to go after these people! Reports have been posted on this site for over 2 years now! Doesn't a lawyer live in Casselbury who could pay them a visit???
