I decreased from the AT&T shop to buy a layer guard for my iPhone. After I got home and exposed the bundle I came across that it had beennot fresh and was all scratched-up. I named to talk to the store-manager and he or she was not available. I described the problem and requested that I be called back from the store-manager. No telephone call. I named AT&T customer support and was positioned on COUNTLESS STORE. There's no apparent method to publish my criticism written down to AT&T. Therefore it appears like I Will need to generate 10 miles back again to the friggin shop to come back the merchandise.
Great job AT&T. You ruined a faithful customer-relationship over a $25 purchase. Ignorance reigns at the AT&T shop.
