I've been a Cricket client for several years untill they included a $28 concealed charge to my statement. I visited the neighborhood Cricket store plus they explained I'd to visit a corporate shop. I went 45min towards the nearest corporate shop, the supervisor wasn't in with no you could help me. I named Cricket and invested 45 minute on the telephone, I requested to get a boss and was positioned on store after which hungup on. I've been a faithful client and usually compensated promptly, but I'll not allow them grab $28 from me. I settled my $80 bill after which my telephone and broadband was turn off 24 hours later. Crickets hidden fees and extremley bad customer service have result in one furious ex-client!!!
