Taking my money and not sending prizes

I have been signed on with Twistbox for a while now and have really enjoyed playing Frogger. I have won at least five prizes (2 tom tom gps, 2 amazon cards {one was 25 and the other 40 dollars} and one itunes card), and have yet to receive any of it.

I contacted Twistbox via phone and got a voicemail... Like that isnt annoying... So I tried email and got a response saying it would take a couple more weeks. Sure, fine, ok. And i waited...

Today is the two weeks mark and guess who hasnt made good on things yet...? TWISTBOX!

So, my advice to you if you are currently a customer of theirs is DONT EXPECT YOUR PRIZES! My advice to the people at TB? Get on the ball. Im not sure of the legality of offering prizes, not sending them, then telling people to wait for an amount of time just for Twistbox to again NOT SEND THE PRIZES, but you can believe I am looking into it.
