I have never had a functioning sound card on this computer... Over $2000.00 and 7 months later, still not fixed.
I have contacted Tech Support on the phone (take a nap while you wait for a live body, then give up and try later, take another nap, hang up and try later, blah, blah, blah. I have contacted them by online support... They refuse to respond.
I was told to uninstall every program on this bloody thing, did so, followed all instructions, still no sound card, had to reinstall everything and it took hours!
What's the average guy to do against a huge company such as this? Seems as though ShopNBC should be ashamed to market a system with such shameful tech support and lack of concern for the customer. Shame on them, too!
