Unreachable, dishonest, Money hungry

I am so sorry that I didn't look this up before I bought. I even found the advertisement on reputable sites. It is a clear misrepresentation. You have to be a computer and cell phone expert to get this installed on your phone. The contact information is bogus and there you have it 99 dollars down the drain. I have learned a lesson the hard way!!
