I've since stopped all conversation with Run because of the proven fact that the corporation is doing fraud and it has simply no purpose of providing my rightful refund.

I'll continue to follow this issue till I obtain my refund and in the minimum two ideally 3 months free support for this major trouble and total fraud.

Run has answered to my Better Business Bureau problem with lies and much more setbacks. Run noted towards the BBB and myself that their refund division doesn't have report of getting the refund request. That's a rest.
