Awful customer service

I bought a brand new RANGE 11/08 employed self-cleaning stove for 1st-time when it completed glass doorway was all streaked between glass looking enjoy it was A - 100 yrs old. Not able to clean it clear as spot was between glass I named Sears, support technology arrived, he was excellent but not able to assist using the issue. I had been informed it was typical, and so I requested to displace the doorway with one which had no glass and was informed it was not really a choice. It's been more than 20 years since my last range purchase and so I was wanting this one might last as did the final one. That one currently appears like it's been employed for a long time. Easily was informed this could be considered a difficulty I'd have bought another having a strong door. Sears has not actually created an effort to fix the issue and we're really disappointed using their customer support.
