Barcode Giant Bad service, slow shipping and a ton of lies

This company managed to deceive me today, they lied to me twice and order is being delayed twice. They are dishonest and may lead to believe that product is in stock when it is not and may sell you products they do not know when they will actually ship. Here is a summary of my experience and when I asked them to cancel the $990.00 order, they decided to ship it to keep the sale. My advise shop elsewhere, I had bad experience.

Cancellation request for order #14669867544xxxxx:
Dear Barcode Giant, I am writing to express my complete disappointment in your services. I called your sales staff last Monday to check on an item and was told that it was in stock and as soon as I pay online, the order can ship on Monday. I called you on Wed and was told that I owe you $58.00 in sales taxes that you did not include during checkout, after faxing our sales tax exemption we were told it will ship that afternoon and that we will get tracking on Thur AM. When I inquired today, I was told that I have to complete more paperwork and that the package did not ship. I have no tolerance in dealing with incompetent people and company that continuously gives Bad information to its customers. I am hereby request cancellation of my order and full refund within 24 Hrs. I plan to purchase this item from a different vendor that may appreciate my business. Thank You Hanson
