Company FedEx'd $1700 computer without signature and did not tell me it was being delivered until it was already stolen, 3 weeks later. Computer was sent in for warranty work and I made sure it was insured when I mailed it to Spartan.

I never received the email 24 hours later so I assumed that the unit was not shipped because they found another issue with it. So I waited. I am a full time student and work full time. I don't have time to figure out if people are doing their jobs.

The emails go back and forth. The police department told me that FedEx or Spartan need to file the police report because I never received the case.
FedEx won't answer my email.
Spartan told me it was my fault for not checking with them after 24 hours about my tracking number.
I feel Spartan is responsible for FedExing a unit to a commercial doorstep without a signature and not telling me the tracking number. Who would leave a expensive computer on a doorstep like that? I live in a garage apartment on top of a business behind the Highschool.
