Please read. Make my loss is your gain. I have purchased accidental warranty on 2 of these Spartan Laptops, hoping I could get faster support for wider range of problems, each warranty cost me no less then 350 dollars extra. Not to mention was laptops cost me 2000 a pop. When I had my first trouble my laptop, spartan said they had to send it to main manufacturer according to spartan which they did not service my laptop, I got it back after 2.5 months later. There are no words to describe my frustration, when it came back, my built in camera and my usb ports wasn't working. Sent it back again, waited another 28 days.
When my laptop came back, there were missing screws, bumpy keyboard not to mention terrible packaging. My second laptop had screen flickering issue, sent it off, waited 35 days, when it came back the sound wasn't working, unfortunately I lost it, called them and started screaming at them. I made a research on the internet, so many people are ripped of by spartan. I could easily buy very expensive DELL, SONY or ACER for the money I spend.
Appearently SPARTAN laptops made by ASUS which is a good company, but fro support, you can't call ASUS directly, since its sold to Spartan. You have to go thru spartan which is the killing part. If you really like any Spartan Laptop, go to asus website, or newegg.com you find the same exact laptop for even cheaper and greater support. After all my trouble I called again and reported another trouble, they told me that my warranty was out 21 days ago, I told them I lost 3.5 months waiting for support so it should be honored and they told me they can't do anything about it. So. Just to let you know, make my loss is your gain. Go get something else.
