I bought a controller made by them. Within a month the analog sticks were sticking. For 3 months we have been trying to get this resolved by calling customer support. When that didn't work I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. They ignored that multiple times. I messaged them telling the I was posting here. If you want to spend your money and get crapped on in return feel free to buy Mad Catz products.
