Purchased a controller as a Christmas present for my son and it was defective and it didn't work properly at all. Contacted the company by email was instructed to return it and did so. I've since called, emailed, filled out their form on the website multiple times and have never had anyone contact me back regarding getting my son's controller returned. I guess I was more fortunate than most as I actually did communicate a bit with the company, but in the end the result was the same as all the other complaints against this company and no product has been delivered.
DO NOT purchase anything from this company!
