I like everyone else have been ripped off by viscom technologies. After only five months of owner ship my motherboard and cpu are completely burned up because of a faulty fan that was apparently broken from day one. I have been told by tech support that I must send them the tower to be fixed, but they don't have a cpu and it may be months before they get one as they are on backorder (Yes, they actually told me that!!!) Iam tired of being lied to, hung up on and totally defrauded. $2200 is tooo expensive of a lesson for me!!! I am in the process of instituting a class action lawsuit against Viscom and ShopNBC.
