I have a warranty service with this company for around 3 years now and now that I needed assistance for my product which was not functioning properly I submitted a claim and within 2 to 3 days I was denied service because I according to them my product was not covered under their warranty because they do not cover items that were altered, misused and mistreated. I mean how in the world would they make this claim when they have not check the item?
Their decision was based on what I reported? I mean I never mentioned the item was misused or I mistreated I just mentioned to them the item was not working properly and they came with this decision? This is a rip off they are been sneaky by trying to make believe that the item was misused by me when they even haven't take the dignity to inspect it?
I want justice I believe a company should inspect an item before they come with this decision and present proof to the customer on why they believe the item was like they claim it was. I just simply believe they just don't want honor the warranty and run away with the 3 years of warranty I already paid them because my warranty is almost expiring by next year.
People be aware that this company is commonly used in Ebay and they are covering up or something I do not know what are they doing but they are getting away whenever they can and they are making a living out of many people that probably has the same problem I do but they wont report it.
