Ordered a video camera 2 days ago, paid extra for 2 day delivery. Went to check on order 2 days later and no order placed. Called busy, busy, called again and again still busy... Finaly got someone he had to ask me 3 times for my order number placed me on hold for 10 minutes never came back... I hung up called back. Ahh busy. That explains why the line is busy everyone is placed on hold when they call in. Nice. Thought I better do a bit of research on this company. WOW blog after blog of ripp offs, not sending the correct item, trying to upsell, charging hurendous fees, sending damaged merchandise etc. Oh and no one can get through to anyone. I checked my bank account thank god nothing had posted... Cancelled my card.
Buyer beware... Cheaper isnt always better. Do your research first. Google "tell me about techgearnow.com" See what you get.
