Refuses To Give Rebates Claims purchase was made outside promotion period. It was valid and proof was sent but the continue to refuse

Purchased two expensive Netgear routers from Newegg on 12/31/08 (last day of promotion). Promotion details stated that we are allowed 2 rebates. The rebate was a digital video camera for each switch purchased. Months later, I received an email that one of the purchase dates for one of the rebates was outside of their promtion. Keep in mind they honored one of the rebates, which was on the SAME receipt with the SAME order date! I've since sent proof via FAX (as requested) but they still fail to honor the second rebate and are still saying that the purchase date is wrong.
