From the time order was placed in november only partial shipment sent

On November of an order was placed by credit card to Cellular Blowout/Wildcat Communications. Order # C-184644. This order consisted of two parts: cellphones & faceplates. After continued calling and sending emails,
and not getting anything done by them, I wrote here.

About a month or two later, i got response from them stating my partial order, the cellphones were being shipped by Federal Express. The other half of my order, which consists of 4 clear cellphone covers, Motv3h2tr001, has not been shipped to this date. We are now in April! I have emailed them and told them to send a refund check for the following covers listed above to my PO Box which they have on file. Thet have not done neither.

I would like to see the Consumer Agency move in and fine this company for their total disregard in hurrying to
fulfill the needs of their customers no matter how small the order. Something needs to be done with this company! And it needs to be done now!
