My husband called and ordered a GPS from a guy named Chris with the phone number provided on the website on 3/15/09. Chris then proceded to sell my husband the charger, the memory card at $179.00 extra. My husband didn't know enough about GPS units and agreed to the extra cost. Chris was a heavy duty sales person and kept offering more and more extras to go with the GPS.
Long story short the next day my husband went on line and found the memory card to be $15.00 at the most. My husband then sent an email to the company canceling the order. The order processed and shipped anyway. When I tried to speak to Customer Service I was met with a RUDE person named James, who hung up on me. We had the package delivered through UPS and we returned it unopened. We are out a chunk of change and the unit, we had to cancel our credit card.
