I will not go into the missed appts. Or the repeatedly being asked to sit home and wait 5hrs for the tech to come. What I will talk about is a tech coming to my home and telling me I need to have wires run again in the wall. His reasoning is the wire was to a dead end spliter. My response "WTF did you just say". Ill explain
The home is 5 yrs old and every room has an outlet that I may have wanted a cable outlet in. So when he said that, I knew he was lazy and didnt want to work on a Sunday. As soon as he left I called Dish back to reset an appt. Im not spending $ to find out his $20 gadget didnt work.
Again they asked me to miss 5 more hours of work which I quickly declined their offer. The tech who came on the following Sunday took all of 10 minutes to have the same outlet I needed re-wired working fine.
AEI, I can only hope that Dishnetwork Corp. Office will investigate your practices. This is not service nor are you the only game in town. You people acting like you are doing your customers a favor by letting us use your service. News flash... We choose to spend our hard money with... But never forget if we choose to spend elsewere... There is NO AEI...
