I first bought my laptop on prez day i thought it was a great deal it was a dell minifor $299 i was happy for 5 days till i noticed some glitches and the c key was stuck so i called and they told me to take it in, when i arrived they told me that geek squad had to take a look at it well needless to say i waited two hours for them to tell me it was fine till the geek squad guy flicked off the c key well he broke it dumb*ss took a screwdriver gabbed it and could'nt put it back.
But wait it gets better they were out of the dells so i was reffered to this piece of crap i have now its called a eee by asus i've never heard of it, it was ethier this or wait for a check, or a gift card. So i brought it home 3 days later it started shutting off, freezing, on getting hot so i took it in, i got the run around by some prick named isreal in management he said to come back on the 6th, to get a dell
Well i went back on the 6th and guess what he said next he said due to the fact that i stormed out so fast (lies) i did'nt fill out the forms for an exchange that now my 14 day return was no longger valid. So i called the 1888bestbuy #and they told me that they were willing to exchange this laptop for a new exact one. I guess you have to keep b*tching to get your way, the key is persitance i'm not going to stop till i get my dell. Just to teach the b*st*rds a lesson.
