On November 28 I registered a $150 Circuit City rebate for an HP Notebook Computer using [email protected].
On February 7 I sent an e-mail enquiry using their online inquiry form and tracking. The tracking said there was no rebate.
On February 10 I received an e-mail from cc_consumer. Parago.com stating the rebate was mailed January 19 and that they cannot re-ship the gift card until 30 days has elapsed.
On February 21 I sent another e-mail asking for the gift card to be resent. I received no e-mail response. No status is available on the website: www.ccityrebates.com and calls to the customer service number is met with busy signals.
