I signed the agreement with AT&T Wireless in July. I agreed for early cancellation fee, if I terminated the agreement during 12 first months.
Nothing else has been agreed in writing with AT&T.
Today AT&T Wireless rates are not competitive (780 anytime min 1000 night&weekend / $69.99 / month) and they cannot upgrade the old cellphone without $70 upgrade fee, which were the reasons why I switched to T-mobile (3000 anytime min / $49 / month).
Now AT&T has added an adjustment of $150 for the early cancellation fee to my final bill. I called to their customer service and they are not willing to write it off.
Does anybody else have similar problems? Anybody intrested in class action suit agains AT&T???
