I purchased a watch winder from this company back in October. It stopped working very shortly after I got it, so I sent an email to the company asking for return and replacement instructions. I shipped it back on or around November 10th.

Immediately, they communicated back to me via email that there would be some delays with the replacement item because it was close to Christmas time and they were out of stock, so I decided that I did not want to wait and requested a refund. Oh yeah - they also made me responsible for return shipping for THEIR defective watch winder - completely bogus.

I travel about 70% of the year for my job, and I shop almost exclusively online. I have never had to pay return shipping for a defective item from any other reputable seller in the past.

Once I requested the refund, they emailed me back with some other bogus reason of why it would be delayed... Some crap about their dual control process and their company accountant getting involved. Below is an excerpt from that email...

"I have your request for a refund. Once that gets on my desk, I sign off on the refund request and then those refund request papers are sent to my accountant who double checks that the order has been cancelled. The company accountant will then sign off on the refund as dual control for the company and then immediately send back to me, where I will go into the payment records and issue a immediate refund to you and I will also send you a personal email to confirm the refund is done.

We have the controls where we can refund you up to 6 months with no problems and once we issue the refund it should show up on your account in matter of days or few weeks, all banks/CC Company's are different. But our refund process is generally finished in just 7 to 10 days once you receive this letter".

It has been over 4 months and I have sent NUMEROUS emails asking for an update - mostly they are ignored and sometimes I get an out of office notification. They last one I got was this story that the CEO had to be rushed to the hospital, and nobody else in the company had any ability to process refunds.

I tried to go to PayPal to get this problem resolved, but they delayed it so long it no longer qualifies for their support.

In conclusion - do not buy from this seller - they are completely full of crap and lie constantly with their replies to customers who are entitled to refunds.
