I ordered a magic jack with the understanding that I wouldn't be billed for 30 days. Upon finishing the order, On the final billing statment. It said that I was billed now. I contacted them through there own chat (Custamer care) to cancle my order. They sent me a cancle notice via E-Mail. AS of 5 min ago, the money hasn't been put back into my bank. They insest that they didn't take the money but they did. Going to add that part of my bank statment in this letter. This site is a very mis leading site and needs to be blocked from the public. 47.90 is not that much money, however if you times that by say 15000 or so it turns into a lot of money. 9980 POS DDA

The above charges was made to my account and not refunded. I asked them through 5 different chats to refund my money. They havn't. They say they didn't charge my account but there it is. I showed this to there people The last one was named Faye supposed to be a superviser.
This site needs to be removed from the internet so they can't rip anybody else off
