Bought a Magic Jack Plus over the internet. They took the money from my account immediately but never sent the device. I called the chat line today and was on it for over an hour being put on hold and giving all the information twice. I finally hung up! Then I did research on Magic Jack and was disgusted with myself for being dupped.
