DVX came out and pitched to our company about the phone services/systems that they provide. We received pitches and quotes from several companies and chose DVX based on their presentation and what they stated we would receive with our phone package.

When our new multi-thousand dollar phone system was install it was down on a regular bases. We would be in the office for hours without services. Callers would call we could not hear them and they could not hear us. It took well over three months to work out minor issues and one year later all issues have not been resolved.

The things I find most APPALLING about DVX is their shear arrogance and self serving attitude. DVX will hold your phone service hostage until you give in to their demands.

Example, we have phones in multiple states and a new phone stopped working after a few weeks. DVX sent a new phone and the old was sent to them, they claimed they never received it. Consequently the phone was returned to the out of state office. We had issues with our phone system not working at all and DVX refused to fix the problem until they were paid $700 for the defected phone.

We asked DVX on several occasion the procedure to get the broken phone that we paid over $700 for working and DVX NEVER responded to the request, typical behavior from DVX.

Over the past year we have had several issues like the pre-mentioned with DVX, holding our phone system hostage until they were able to accomplish their
self serving needs.

DVX is a vendor for a telephone system company. I have had to contact the corporate office of the company DVX represents, so now when I have issues I have the corporate umbrella behind my company making DVX accountable. If I do not keep corporate in the loop DVX will halfway perform and feel that they did something worth of praise.

I made the mistake of thinking that DVX would do right and I did not keep corporate in the loop and DVX is up to their old tricks again. DVX let the maintenance agreement expire without notification and when I questioned them about my prior concerns that were never addressed or corrected they stated they could not help me unless I gave them a credit card. DVX is yet again holding our system hostage.

I have brought corporate back into the loop and am waiting to see the out come. Corporate has come through before and I am sure they will again.

I can not impress upon you enough NOT to do business with DVX. DVX is a self servicing company out for money and not at all concerned about their customer base. If I had known then what I know now I would I would not be in this predicament and I do not want anyone else to be in it either.
