I purchased an Emerson manufacturer stove (design #MW8119SB) in June. It's worked completely until several evenings before when my spouse was warming an infant container high in water. He noticed a noisy pop audio... After which nothing. Virtually no time about the time, no energy. He tried shifting it to a different outlet, considering it might be the outlet, or GFI or another thing. However nothing.
I approached Emerson, simply to be informed they wold be pleased to substitute it, but I'd need to spend to ship many products in the damaged device, such as the large glass dish inside. AND THAT I would need to purchase them to deliver me a brand new stove. Yes, that is correct, I've to pay for the delivery about the alternative. I recognize they are doing this to ensure that people may state, crpa, I will purchase a fresh one from Walmart for that much cash! In most it'd charge me about $40 in delivery, atleast. After which they'll deliver me exactly the same design... To ensure that in six months I'll need to do this once again. Avoid Emerson! Obviously, I submitted a using the BBB!!
