I bought a buggy from hobbytron.com and when i got it i put the batteries in and did what the instructions said to do, then i started it and was driving it on the road when the wheel broke and it fliped breaking a bunch of stuff on the buggy. I have called and even sent e-mail's and they wont fix it. I even sent it back when the buggy was under warrenty, but all they say is its my fault and its not.
Now its been more then a week when i sent the last email asking if i can even get it back and they wont tell me if they will. The whole prosses has lasted more then two months and now i cant even call them, i try but nobody will answer, i wate a long time before i hang up.
