03/01/08 I bought an RCA DVD recorder at Walmart#0861 a-2 year support strategy.

10/5/08 it failed, I contact PCP (Item Care Programs) they stated their protection started after RCA's warranty expired. On 10/5 Barbara (with RCA INCH-877-805-0519) spoke me through some restart actions and decided the system was faulty and explained to go to Eatrada Support to be fixed. I got it to Estrada on 10/6 plus they just support TVs. I named RCA back, they stated they'd send a return request it in one to two months. I stated that wasn't appropriate, they sent one by 7:35 pm that evening. I delivered the system USPS on 10/7/08, RCA received the system 1:12pm on 10/09/08.10/10/08 RCA (Judy) couldn't supply the standing of my device. Judy's boss stated I'd obtain my device or perhaps a alternative in 14 to 21 times once they obtained my device on 10/09/08.21 days later I named and have for my device and boss Joe stated though RCA obtained the system on 10/09/08 they didn't recognize the system until 10/16/08.22 times from 10/16/08; the 7th of Nov. I required the standing again. Joe once more created bad reasons about RCAis mess and stated it'd be another week. I called back 1 week later 11/14/08 and Joe stated RCA was not able to satisfy the guarantees they created about changing my device and was moving the dollar to RCAis Customer Relationships (CR) department. (who just does company 8-to-5 Mon Fri) to supply a refund check. I called RCA's CR department. And although RCA has already established my device for over per month they'd return nothing till they recognized delivery of my evidence of purchase. On 11/20/08 they acknowledged delivery of my evidence of purchase and guaranteed a reimbursement sign in 6 to 8 months. 1/27 a lot more than eight months later, Joey with RCA stated their incompetency proceeds, they have been experiencing extreme results with this DVD recorder and never to anticipate something till Feb. 27th, another month. It's been 110 times because RCA obtained my device. They KNOW-NOTHING about customer support. I'd like a complete reimbursement of my purchase plus delivery ($193.07) and compensation for several of my period they have lost.
