I wish I had read your reports on digitalfutures prior to placing my order. I ordered a Canon digital camera after much analysis and discovering that they had the lowest price and were "highly" rated. A week later I received an email to call them at a toll free number to confirm my order. When doing this it was suggested I buy the battery pack, on sale for $40.00 since the camera came without batteries. I refused since I said I could use the rechargeable batteries from my old Canon. At that point, the individual said "your order is canceled" and he immediately hung up on me. I tried calling back and was put on hold. I also got an email saying my order was canceled. My concern was that I provided my credit card to this company. I did notify my credit card company.
