I recently cancelled my Direct TV which I have had for 5 years however, last June I upgraded to an HD box didn't know at the time my contract starts all over again. So when I cancelled this week they said my balance would be a certain amount and I was OK with that but when I went to pay it they had taken more than the amount that was agreed out of my bank account. I am pissed and so glad I did cancel. I have contacted my Atty General of Florida and Action 9 News in Orlando. They can't get away with this crap..
