We bought our Olevia 232-T11 from Target in August of 07.in July of 08 the TV turned itself off and never turned on again. We tried contacting Syntax Brillian to get the TV fixed we went to their online form and filed for an RMA and never receive a reply, we waited a week and tried again, no reply, after the third week i found the number for corporate headquarters and their repair facility in Freemont CA.
It has been 6 months since the TV died and still not a word from Olevia (Syntax Brillian) I have written a letter to Target (who could not get through to Syntax Brillian either) requesting they no longer sell any device under the syntax brillian family of products as they (Syntax Brillian) do not care about their customers, products or reputation.
