I had problems with some WebCam installation software I bought from these guys. I was unable to find a physical address for them but I suspect they are somewhere on the West Coast.
If you go to their website, you will find that the Site Map | Terms of Use | Privacy & Security portions are MISSING.
What you will find is that they CLAIM that they will answer you comments and questions but I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE DECEMBER 25 with my complain about their lousy web cam installation software. I am still waiting. Ho hum.
Well, now i have another problem with another one of their products which could have burned down the apartment and the toxic fumes could have sickened everyone in the room. I bought this cooling pad at the same big lots store where i bought their web camera and because these people apparently do not believe in customer service on a site that appears to be marginal and hastily constructed at best, i am posting my complaint to them here in case any of their people read this:
This happened tonight and my eyes are still burning from the fumes even though we have opened all the doors and windows and it is very cold outside trying to clear the room of the fumes!
You are being warned about their product cf 3000u gh notebook cooling pad with two fans. I bought this defective product in an austin, texas big lots store!
Maybe I should have addressed it to CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!

Your laptop computer cooling pad did not work very well. One of the plastic blades on the right side broke off when I first tried to use it. After I removed the broken plastic blade the left fan shorted out and nearly started a FIRE, not to mention the TOXIC FUMES from it. THIS THING IS DANGEROUS and I would like a replacement.
I bought it at Big Lots in Austin, Texas in November.
I had a very bad experience with a webcam installation software from your company. Nobody with your company got back with me on that problem either.
If nobody gets back to me, by e-mail because only a fool puts their residential phone number on the internet, i will have to assume that your company does not care about bad computer gear for its customers and i will have to tell others about this problem!
If I had kept this plugged in, it would have definitely CAUGHT ON FIRE!
This is a dangerous, dangerous chinese-made product in my experience!
