Talked to cusotmer service for whole today, chatted with 4 technicians but not solved the issue. Poor and hope less sevice

Had chat with customer service for more than 6 hours - they escalated themselves but looks like 3-4 persons doing the tech support - finally they asked me to wait for livelook agent, have been waiting from past 2 hours - that agent is only one person supporting 30 people, each person taking more than 1 hour as per their conversation - This is ridiculous service compare to any service i have seen
