I returned defective 2 way doorbell. Asked per their prompt for credit to credit card. Never happened

I bought a TV special item the "two way doorbell". When it came it was defective. As per enclosed instructions I sent it back. I was given a choice between getting another or crediting my credit card that I used. I opted for the latter and have still not seen a credit. They have no available info to contact them.
