I purchased a recordplayer that changes audio to any notebook or mp3-player in December before holiday. The very first time from the container the darn hook sprang out and that I could not actually utilize it and so I return it friday after christmas. Itis January and that I've been informed 6 occasions calling their customer support it's being backlogged within the return wherehouse and it's really still waiting to become "prepared". I have read numerous additional grievances about that organization as well as their plan about returns-but accusing the holiday season and extreme items being delivered back shouldn't be my problem. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.
