We ordered a planetarium for our son for Christmas. Never got it, Company does not respond to E-mails

We ordered a planetarium for our son for Christmas. It was never received. We have sent several E-mails to the company from which we have never received a reply. There is no phone number for this company, nor is there ANY information about where this company is even based. I have NEVER ordered something on-line before and had this trouble. Can you say "fraud"? We are filing a report with the credit card company.
