No parts - Insignia

Purchased 37'HDTV October 07, TV problem Jan. 08. Technician ordered
part and I continue to get part backorder date from March now possibly
April.in Home service has told me that
report will be made and within 5 days I
will know if they will replace TV. I
feel due to long wait TV should be replaced and If this does not occur.
I will take more severe steps. Be aware
when dealing with best buy in home service.
