As you've read, I'm another ripped off consumer. Someone HAS to put a stop to this butthole who is raking in millions, and not helping anyone. My magic jack worked fine for a month or two, but then started having problems. I was happy at first and told all my friends. Since it stopped working, my computer has slowed down to a crawl. Worse than dial-up. The files for the program were hidden and I think the developer of magic jack is a total hacker. All so innocently disguised as a great product. I want to see this butt-nugget investigated, put on trial, and found guilty of mass consumer fraud. I'm in on the class action thing! I tried their "online live support" a dozen times today. The online chat box does not give me a box to type into! The Reps are saying, " Why do you rate my service as ""Needs Imprvement""? Because when I close the chat session window, it's a required field to answer. This bootymuncher is also screwing his own tech staff by making it impossible to resolve issues with the company/product. Why so secretive? Guess that's how "fast" millionaires are made. They never really think about the fact beforehand, that hand-cuffs are not cool bracelets. (He HAD to pay an FCC official for their endorsement) Hint, hint.
