We bought over $2200 bucks in devices from sears 1 year ago from sears. We were informed to buy the preservation pkg plus they might arrived at ck/focus on equipment issues anytime. We were informed they emerge 5 times per week.
In under a year, we'd an issue using the machine. Whenever we named sears, they informed us they just emerge on tues and thurs. We contended which was not what we were tricked into. We were informed 5 times a wk. After many grievances, they arrived on the friday. The man acted like he understood nothing concerning the tues/thurs problem.
On thurs, 12/18, the machine went again, and my named sears. They claim they cant emerge til january 8 or possibly 15th. (tues/thurs) We notified them of our home with 4 kids plus they essentially stated difficult. If we existed in houston, we're able to obtain the service-we were informed. (they get support 5 times wk/perhaps 6) We Are processing grievances together at their corporate-level and nearby eee as well as using the condition texas atty standard on being tricked.
Why do we spend exactly the same cost as these in houston, but get less support?
My children has been buying with sears for more than 60 years. Also it now stops with me and my loved ones
It Is worth spending the larger cost in the home website or lowes. Sears isn't any great, cant trust them.
