I'm exceedingly discouraged and upset with Connis Support Divisions customer support at 1 800-379-9809. I bought a GE fridge (however under warranty) design GSH25JSRF SS. I named Connis for support on the Thursday and support employee was below to check out my fridge on Friday. As it happens the primary motherboard is poor again. This is the 2nd period in under three years this same component is out. Fourteen days later and several everyday calls towards the support division and also the corporate workplace in Beaumont but still noone will-call us back with standing on our work-order. I understand we're awaiting the component, but I want somebody could be respectful and return our calls. I've requested for that boss but somehow possibly the boss isn't obtaining the concept or decides to not contact us back. I chose to contact the neighborhood division in McAllen, Texas 956-682-4222 but still feel just like I'm obtaining the run-around. I've been promptly using the funds for them. They promote excellent client satisfaction. I've not noticed this at-all and am really upset with their support. Lots of food went bad. I wonder if there others using the same issue using the same fridge or support office.
