I have had the same problem. Ordered a lamp on 10/25 and they charged my account on 10/27. Waited a week and never received the product or any indication it had shipped.
Called their customer service and never got through. Did their online chat and was told they were getting the lamp from one of thier vendors and it would ship on on the following Monday. I waited until the following Wednesday and did the online chat again. I was told the item still has not been shipped. At this time I cancelled my order.
I was later told that they could not credit my account and I would be receiving a check. Never have!
I have contacted my credit card company and they are temporarily crediting my account while it is being investigated.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB but they have done nothing to help me out.
