I paid almost $1800 for an Energy-Star-rated GE refrigerator, freezer-on-top model #PTS25LHSCRCC. Each time we use the refrigerator and close the door the freezer comes open. Display Center sent out a GE service technician who insists that this is normal and there is nothing they can do about it. I want them to take it back and refund my money as soon as I can find a satisfactory model.
